Tuesday, August 6, 2013. The life of this retiree. My entries have slowed down considerably. And, by retired, I mean busy. Besides, I had to get the reviews out of the way to concentrate on my two workshops this week. Athens State University has hired me to teach twenty-five budding.

Then taking the easy or easier way to complete it in the worst situation.

Tamales are perfect special occasion, or fiesta food because they are richly delicious and fun to make. The preparation is somewhat lengthy and best accomplished with several helping hands and a pitcher of Sangria.
