Tuesday, June 21, 2011. We also took a day and went into Snow Canyon. Wow, it is such a beautiful place. The boys marveled at the wild life we saw. I admired the amazing mountains and thought about the volcanoes that left their mark on the area. And Ty loved seeing how many ants he could squish along the hike. Thursday, March 31, 2011. Thursday, July 30, 2015. Puget Sound in the summer. One is on Vashon, and the other in Bellingham. We also got a chance to have lunch with Shawn, Suzanne, Keith, and Julie. The weather was just about perfect. They, like most of the west, are in a drought, but there was some rain while we were there. Luckily, it came through at night. We hung out at a beach. Went to an overnight farm party, where we got rained on at night but stayed dry in our tent.
