今天是开斋节,马来人过年,我们沾光有一天公共假期,去年从国内带回来的黄米面还剩下一小半,豆沙是从裕华国货买来的. 在面粉里慢慢加水,弄成右面照片的样子,在一层一层洒到铺上笼布的蒸锅里,每铺一层必须等待颜色全变了,也就是说熟了才能铺第二层哟 全部铺完了,再盖上锅盖蒸上五分钟.
