Richmond MacIntyre Freedom Challenge MTB 2012. Richmond Departed June 17 from Pietermaritzburg and Arrived Paarl on July 4th. On June 17th 2012 Richmond participated in the FREEDOM CHALLENGE RACE ACROSS SOUTH AFRICA. This race is about as hardcore a test of fitness, skill and, most of all, mental strength you will find. The other day while mountain biking on a favorite trail I took note of the blooming lupine. I got off the bike and snapped a shot of a bee on one of the flowers. On Easter Sunday went for a walk to the local downtown and signs of Spring are everywhere. Always fun to take the camera and you never know what opportunities pop up.
