I am posting the lesson plan presented, but remember it is only one day in the unit. I will try to post the entire unit as soon as I finish it. Once again I want to reiterate that this was an amazing, exciting, brain-filling endeavor that I will absolutely beg to be a part of in the future.

Our Boston Field Excursion was truly an amazing experience for this lowly Colorado elementary school teacher. Standing on the grounds and in the buildings where historic events took place helped me to experience these moments in history in a visceral way not possible from books alone. We visited almost every site listed in the Official National Park Handbook for Boston and the American Revolution.
