Yarra Ranges Yoga is a small Iyengar yoga studio located in Monbulk, east of Melbourne in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges. Whenever we find stiffness in the body, our mind should be especially supple. It is never the stiffness in our bodies that limits our practice, it is always the stiffness of our mind. The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others. The aim of yoga is complete awareness in whatever you do. Peace in the body gives poise in the mind.

The Bowman Conservation Area has a multitude of various trails for anybody looking for a great way to spend a nice day. Anyone can take a hike, between 15 min to 3 hours. Beautiful scenery of the Westborough Reservoir and wildlife. Bring a picnic and savor it at the picnic area. This set of stairs was actually made by a Boy Scout who made them for his Eagle Award. These were just some blueberries found on the sides of the trail.

We are a class of enquiring and creative learners who are on a journey of discovery. Wednesday, 18 September 2013. We had a very exciting week last week as we entered into a National Maths competition on Sumdog. That meant that our class needed to answer lots of questions correctly and spend as much time as possible answering them. At the end of the competition we came 23rd and had answered 8889 questions correctly.
