This really makes me think about all of the YouTube videos out there that have been removed because a song is used as a soundtrack, but in essence, no one is making money off of it. It is just a recreation of something else. Lessig makes a lot of interesting points and I will definitely be keeping these thoughts in mind as I continue my own work with digital technologies.

I think what I enjoyed most about this class was that it really did seem to strike a great balance between theory and practice. We had great discussions about our readings, shared some personal bits, broke bread together on several occasions, and learned together. Digital literacy is the ability to effectively and critically navigate, evaluate and create information using a range of digital technologies.
