The road runners are not kind to the trail runners. They assume that all of the Trailies are just a bit off and have hobbit feet. Granted 50 and 100 miles races are not something normal people would do on purpose, but perhaps the Trailies do not consider themselves normal. And what if one just enjoys getting dirty sometimes? Maybe it was time to go back to the other side to find out.
