The site had the following in the homepage, "I had never heard of the TEACH Act before, so this was an entirely new concept to me." I noticed that the web site stated " Internet Safety and Cyber Ethics Net Banging." They also stated " Students should be limited to specific sites that are age appropriate and that will not subject them to gang-related or inappropriate content.
