Described as a socially conscious art collective. Magpie was established as a Studio in 1998 by Cape Craft Icon Scott B. And Social Entrepreneur Shane A. In 2003 Magpie relocated from Cape Town to Barrydale. In 2006 Fine Artist Sean Daniel and Administrator. Richard Panaino joined to expand the Studio into the MagpieArtCollective. The Magpie Collective believes the work they do often links art and design with.

Here are some lovely examples of finished pieces from the Resin and Button Jewellery workshops held on Saturday 5th March at Manchester Craft and Design Centre.
