Welcome to Malindi Tropical Nurseries, the company was established in 1981 by Evie Walsh when she opened the first nursery in Malindi, situated on Kenyas north coast. In 1995 the company expanded to include a new 25 acre nursery at Gedi, Watamu. After seven years studying landscape construction in Australia, Evies son Simon joined the company and expanded the operation to Nairobi where he started a new two acre nursery in Langata.
