Monday, November 19, 2012. Breakfast- pancakes with maple syrup. Lunch- tuna and rice crackers with veggies and homemade allergy free dip. Dinner- Chicken, veggie and rice soup with gluten free foccasia bread. Snack- goat yogurt in a gluten free ice cream cone topped with blackberries. Lunch- turkey sandwich with green smoothies. Dinner- Elk Tacos with rice and beans. Snack- gluten free lemon coconut blondies.
