Recently I watched the Kurt Cobain documentary Montage of Heck. I had always been unhappy. For years I felt unhappy, I suffered from mild depression, would struggle with insomnia and would generally feel unsatisfied with my life. After a time in my early twenties I decided I needed to do something about it.
