Tuesday, April 5, 2016. My windsurfing year so far is a disaster. My arm had been put back in place in Namibia after the dislocation but I wanted to be fully checked over here. It would be back to normal in 2 months. Another week to see a surgeon and another week to get booked in.
There is a cult of ignorance in the United States, and there always has been. The strain of anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge. People who live in glasshouses.
