Without knowing it prior to reading it in the book, I have actually been living it. The electrical trade can be very hazardous, and I started hearing about some of the misfortunes of others. Some had minor electrocutions, others have had electrical burns severe enough to spend time in the hospital, and a few of my brothers, we buried. Perhaps their thoughts were cloude.

This week has been so wonderful. The reason is we were given an exercise -identify kindness within and without. What we do is, from Monday, every time when we are aware of kindness is taking place, we put a small spot in the chart. I have noticed the kindness at least 3 times a day, how amazing! History. MKMMA week 16 The week of kindness. Deliberately looking for kindness from myself to others showed me where I could stand to be kinder. In my rush to accomplish all I need to do in a day, I sometimes am more brusque than I need to be. This exercise also showed me that I am kind to others in the course of a day without really thinking about the act of kindness.
