My Outer World is a reflection of my Inner World. Losers play the victim and blame everyone and everything for their problems in life. I cannot blame my past decisions or circumstances for where I am in life. I know that I am what all the days that have gone before have made me. Now I also know that I can change. My outer world by changing my inner world. My Outer World is a reflection of my Inner World.

This week has gone, and gone well. Made progress in all areas I feel. Starve the body of the usual peptides. Do things in a different way, every day! Do things another, better way. Making a bit of sense at last. My DMP changes every week. Goodness! What do I really, really want? I now hold .
