Here we are in week 24 of the Master Key program. As I look back, I can see that I have come a long way in owning the core concepts of the course. And the program would have not been the same without my fellow participants who contributed immensely by sharing their stories and insights all along the way.

There is a sense of achievement finishing the program, also sadness and joy rolled into one. During the six months, I have experienced inexplicable moments, highs and lows, laughter and tears. What Did You Learn? My martial arts teacher is a gifted instructor. He has a way of making even difficult concepts of athletics, physics, physiology, psychology and philosophy accessible.
