This week has been hectic. Yet Just relax is part of the daily practice in the sit. How tense am I? The practice of relaxing is an education in body awareness. Most of the time as I was going through each day. This is what I learned this wee.
And so we are at the final lesson. Because o f The MKMMA session, my life is more at peace and had restarted. Since the end of January, I have found a new business and I begin to recover from scratch. It was not easy for me. I have done as well as I can. Thank you, Davene, Mark and Sandra, for your remarkable coaching sessions. And so, what next? .

Now turn that around, if we experience losing, when we win, we can enjoy the spoils of winning. Please understand that along with becoming successful, losing is part of the recipe. The major question to ask yourself is are you willing to start over in order to win.

Week 24 MKMMA Continue the Journey. I want to thank Mark J, Davene, Trish, and all of the team, and my wonderful guide Beth who stuck with me throughout all the weeks helping me visualize and emotionalize my DMP. This course has opened my eyes to so many possibilities. Providing a mastermind alliance is so very helpful. Reading how others experienced the course was very inspiring.
