This week has been hectic. Yet Just relax is part of the daily practice in the sit. How tense am I? The practice of relaxing is an education in body awareness. Most of the time as I was going through each day. This is what I learned this wee.
To give up yourself without regret is the greatest charity. This week in the Master Keys we have learned how powerful the number 7 really is. We have learned that people learn 7 different ways. We learn much faster and easier when we use one or more of these seven techniques.
