Det är lätt att bli lat. Jag har varit rejält förkyld. Nästan två veckor utan träning. Det har gjort att jag suttit i soffan, ätit mig fet och tyckt synd om mig själv. I början på veckan började jag dock kunna ta mig samman. Körde lite lätt styrketräning i tisdags och chockade kroppen med Maifs spinningpass i torsdags. Anders är dessutom onödigt stark just nu vilket mina lår fick känna av mot slutet. Två veckor efter Vätternrundan - all form kvar till ännu en utmaning.
