Welcome to the Mattabassett Rifle and Pistol Club Website! The Mattabassett Rifle and Pistol Club was founded in 1959 by Henry S. Baldyga and is located in Berlin, Connecticut. The club was incorporated in the State of Connecticut on December 21st, 1966. The clubs name was derived from the American Indian Tribe that inhabited the Berlin and Farmington areas. The illustration on the clubs emblem is a Mattabassett Indian as depicted in the records of the New Britain, Connecticut Library.
