Bullying is a much talked about subject but most of us still relate it to the schoolyard bully. The typical poking fun or name-calling that occurs as we grow into adulthood. Workplace bullying can be much more inclusive. It can take on a wide range of definitions and of course as we get smarter, the more creative the bully becomes. Can be numerous and all-encompassing.

It has been almost two years since I have posted on this blog. I do telephone triage for hospice, which means I take calls from patients and families and help them over the phone with all kinds of issues. That post inspired me to write this post.
