Project three was based around giving back to the community. This involved doing 15 hours of volunteer work at a not for profit organisation of our choice. I spent my 15 hours at two organisations, Otago SPCA and the Scarfie Army.

Monday, August 13, 2012. Last Saturday, I taught a class on mead making at Sograte BBQ and Brew. In celebration of Mead Day 2012. During the class, we sampled six different kinds of honey and three types of mead. As a group we also made a cream soda mead. That should be tasty!
