The site had the following in the homepage, "Life, Running, and Keeping My Sanity." I noticed that the web site stated " Christmas break and Im feeling good." They also stated " In the past two days, my heart rate has dipped into the seventies three times that Ive noticed. I havent seen this in months. Now, to be fair, there are several reasons this may be happening. Im pretty checked out with regard to school, looking at my email about once a week.
