I think that the 9th grade exploratory is an awesome thing that the freshman at the Shawsheen Tech get to experience! In the 9th grade exploratory you go though 14 of the amazing shops that Shawsheen offers. During this time you are going to see what short you like the best and most interested in! Many of the shops that you never thought you would want to take you will be interested in them. I think that it is awesome how they do that! .

I really like the Cosmetology shop because again, I could see myself doing something like that in the future. People make it seem all fun and games and just doing hair and makeup, but you do get to learn about skin diseases and identifying lice and things like that.
