Our roller coaster ride through infertility and more. These are my thoughts and ramblings as we plod through our quest to have a family. Thursday, April 7, 2016. 4 years of infertility treatments. A surprise positive pregnancy test in a Starbucks bathroom. 8 weeks later, I take the pills that flush the would-be-baby from my body. There was no more heartbeat. May 1 due date means I would have been 37 weeks next week. G-man came just over 37 weeks.

Borrowing trouble, with interest, since 1970. Food, not so glorious. Ivf 2ish-hell bent for egg retrieval. IVF 3ish-Hell bent for live baby. IVF 5- last tango in the petrie dish. No eggs in this basket! It Takes a Village, Evidently - To Make a Child.

Saturday, August 14, 2010. Well, I royally broke my promise to be back soon. Every time I think about re-starting my blog, I become totally overwhelmed. Came to stay from the UK for a week as well. The help from all of them was invaluable.

After 2 years, 3 surgical procedures, a failed IUI, and IVF I finally got my BFP. Sadly, after 21 weeks we lost our beautiful daughter due to incompetent cervix.
