چهارشنبه 6 تیرماه سال 1386. فتاوا در اذن پدر یا جد پدری در ازدواج. اما برای دختری که ازدواج نکرده فتاوای اکثر مراجع جامع الشرایط اعظام بر احتیاط واجب بر داشتن اذن از پدر یا جد پدری است و برخی هم آن را واجب می دانند . عده ی قلیلی هم آن را لازم نمی دانند .
