Terça-feira, 8 de março de 2011. 1 colher sopa de café solúvel. 1 colher sopa de água quente. 1 colher sopa de farinha. Liga o forno a 180ºC. Unta uma forma de pudim com manteiga e polvilha com açucar. Dissolve o café na água quente e reserva. Á parte, mistura o açucar com a farinha, os ovos e as gemas e mexe bem. Adiciona o leite e o café dissolvido. Verte o preparado na forma e leva a cozer a meio forno em banho-maria, durante 1h e 15min.
