In high functioning teams the most compelling level of accountability is from peers. They are usually the first to know when a team member is not meeting the expectations and in the best people to help, or encourage them to get back on track.

Wednesday, 12 June 2013. We need your peddle power! The Somerfest Parade. We are looking for people to cycle some wonderful bikes and machines in the Somerfest parade on June 15th. Please pass this message on to anyone you think might be interested. We are looking for volunteers to cycle machines and steward the procession to be available from 11am that morning. We will supply lunch in the afternoon.
