A Journey to Better Health and Fitness Via Running. Tuesday, February 24, 2015. No Longer a Treadmill Virgin. I ran on a treadmill. It was honestly harder than I expected it to be. At first, I was going so slowly that the mill told me I was basically walking. My stride was so short tho that I felt like I was running fast! But oh boy, did I feel like I was WORKING to maintain it! Sunday, February 22, 2015.

Monday, February 20, 2012. Fun Times Before Christmas 2011. We came home from church and Chase had colored a picture of himself as a future missionary.
