Freedom is not given to us by anyone we have to cultivate it ourselves. It is a daily practice. no one can prevent you from being aware of each step you take or each breath in and breath out. Most people see what is, and never see what can be. Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom. The mind is everything; what you think you become. Smile, breathe and go slowly.

Tuesday, May 29, 2007. Overall, I think this is an interesting book, I wish I would have had more time to read it and understand it. I believe the book became very complicated by the author and needed more clarification. Hopefully in the future I will pick this book back up and re-read it to better understand it.
