I had been craving for cake for almost a week and kept putting it off because of all the calories! Also I had only one banana and no eggs in the house so was looking up recipes and I found this. I have scaled down the recipe to half because there was only one banana. Have you heard, Koop? .

Wednesday, February 25, 2009. So, I accidentally took a blogging break. The house is coming along BEAUTIFULLY and there will be lots of updates on that in the near future.
