January 28, 2013. Dell 1350cnw Lazer Printer on Ubuntu x64. Just got a new printer and found it was a little difficult to get working. The default driver presented to me when configuring it did not work, and Dell provide no linux version for this particular model. Luckily I found this post. Which pointed me to the Xerox Phaser 6000B driver. It turns out it is really very straightforward to run 32 bit applications in 64 bit ubuntu. All you need do install is.
