Now turn that around, if we experience losing, when we win, we can enjoy the spoils of winning. Please understand that along with becoming successful, losing is part of the recipe. The major question to ask yourself is are you willing to start over in order to win.

I am humbled by the response I received from this group of MKMMA classmates. During a time when I was challenged emotionally, the kind words provided encouragement to forge forward. These are not uncharted waters and I have navigated here before, still there is pain. I see week 28 and a future visit to the retreat. Success is not an option. I breathe and am present.
