It Is What It Is. And herewith is a breakdown of my 2014. A monumental change in my life occurred in early 2014. I was diagnosed with a depressive disorder along with other minor issues. I was given validation that I wasnt just crazy and that thoughts and feelings and eventual body stress related illness was not just in my head.
New rain boots to muck through life. So, I sheepishly return to my blog, two whole months since my last entry. I kept avoiding it, waiting to see if I could at least come back with some more positive news. I always wanted my blog to be an honest expression of my feelings and reflection of my life, no prettifying anything, but my long silence was beginning to feel dishonest. I needed a little help.

The site had the following in the homepage, "I need another cup of coffee first." I noticed that the web site stated " Well, you might want to go ahead and skip this story." They also stated " Today I discovered my daughter is either the most clueless child on the planet, or shes a grade A a-hole. Its not out of the realm of possibilities that its actually a little of column A and a little of column B, as well. Tuesday, May 12, 2015. And then what happened? When I last blogged, I was breathing my way through Sun Run Training, starting my yoga practice, and figuring out that it was all connected to singing. Then I just stopped blogging for a couple of months. My computer died, life got busy, stuff happened, the dog ate my homework. I finished the Sun Run! And it was great!
