I love cooking and creating interesting, healthy and scrumptious food. So yesterday after the most hideous day with my kids when I felt the entire worlds eyes staring at me and judging me on my inability to control my screaming 4year who refused to get dressed after swimming, I came home and started to cook. 2 x medium sized sweet potatoes.
