Saturday, December 27, 2014. After 21 days, I had gone down a pant size and felt more comfortable in my own clothes again. I have found that I am more disciplined in all areas of my life as I am disciplining myself with the workouts - my quiet times with the Lord are more focused, and I have more energy to play with the kids and do housework. And can you believe I worked out 18 days in a row? However, this is a life change for me.
