Monday, May 17, 2010. Water, water and yes, more water! Wow, I feel like I am going to float away. I drank at least 10-20 ounces bottles of water today with a couple of herbal teas thrown in for good measure. It is amazing how good it feels to drink so much water. I heard recently that the number one symptom of dehydration is anxiety. I would rather be hydrated than anxious, thank you very much. Some of you may be shocked to learn that you need to be drinking half of your body weight in ounces a day! .
