Was koche ich heute? Ca 500 gr Rotkohl. Rotkohl und Äpfel mit der Küchenmaschine feinreiben. Walnussöl und Feigenessig vermischen, mit Salz und frisch gemahlenem schwarzem Pfeffer würzen. Die Vinaigrette Soße auf das geriebene Gemüse geben, gut vermischen und ziehen lassen. Heute ist Heilige Drei Könige.
