Monday, March 22, 2010. I guess here is the place to post all of this, because I hate to excitement bomb facebook. Friday night- Joanna Newsom, which I loved and Eric was miserable at. Saturday- First day of Spring! Marriage workshop at Circle which was about how to have healthy conflict. Lunch at El Jarocho, my favorite South Philly Mexican joint.

Wednesday, 17 February 2010. And so to the development! After a bit of the old drawing i am now taking my ideas through to development and hope to create some beautiful furnishing fabrics and placement prints for interiors. Once again i am tackling some printed lengths. Which i am excited about as the look i want to achieve is going to be very different than my last brief, and so poses a bit of a challenge.

Here i have started to incorporate sequins and beads and is what i want to do in my garment shapes. I have organised an embroidery workshop at CCAD for the 3rd years with Tracy Franklin and she will be showing us tambour beading, white work and gold work and what ever else she can squeeze into 2 hours.
