Thursday, March 15, 2018. I have been busy helping Rebecca with her packing and sorting again, getting there bit by bit. Then curling up cozy with a tasty dinner in front of the TV. It was busy and wonderful to sit in the sunshine by the sea.

My new years resolution should have been, post more regularly on my blog. This time its a snuffle mat, made from fleece strips and and rubber doormat with holes. I cut the fleece into strips of 2. The reverse side shows this more clearly. Voila my finished snuffle mat. looks like a bit of modern art.

Friday, January 5, 2018. If you were to ask my holy grail fragrance it would be Chanel Coco Mademoiselle but two favourites this year that always make me smile and bring about a waft of memories are those that I reach for as the seasons change. As the leaves turn orange and a chill in the air beings I bring out Jo Malone Ginger Biscuit. Literally good enough to eat. This scent certainly has a sweetness but with an spiciness that makes it mature and warm and just perfect for this time of year.

I sit here this evening the chaos of Christmas still nibbling a little at my ankles but the feel of this new year is with me. Wednesday, March 28, 2018. They kept advertising this one, and I liked the cover art. LOL I just started it. I loved the scene introducing the main character. He is a computational biologist, who becomes involved in the search for a killer in the wild; one the authorities are convinced is a rogue grizzly. Seemed like exactly the kind of study the main character in my book might undertake. This is the kind of deep thoughts I have when commuting.
