I began experiencing sever vertigo in January 2012. I felt a need to keep track of the episodes and this is where I chose to do it. Thursday, May 3, 2012. Monday, April 30, 2012. Saturday, April 21, 2012. Friday, April 20, in my 3rd period class, I began to get that uneasy feeling behind my forehead. I took a meclizine immediately. By the next period, I was OK and remained so for the rest of the day.
