Saturday, November 13, 2010. Remiss in updating the blog. Well, life has gone on and the wheel has turned, and suddenly I find myself to be the mom of a kindergartener and a 3-going-on-13 year old! Lots of things have changed in the past several months, but one thing remains the same; these kids are the light of my life. Tuesday, September 14, 2010. Well, The Good News Is. We did start on time. And woke Wolf up at midnight, rummaging through our closet. Normally, the man sleeps like the dead. Or, if he seems. To be awake, even talking, has no memory of it what-so-ever the next am. So, we did our first day, Wolf came home, kids showed him their accomplishments proudly, and I staggered off to bed. My creative dreams tease and dance above my head in the breeze of daily life. I have had much to say. In April I was diagnosed with breast cancer- although I knew it in my heart for almost a month previous to it being officiated.
Welcome to my freak show! Tuesday, July 19, 2011. The kitchen duties seemed overwhelming at first, but everything just flowed. I had a great team, and we worked together well. The kitchen was a little under-supplied, but the serving facilities were awesome! And the comments from the kids were so encouraging! This is the best thing I ever ate! Makes this kitchen lady smile, just thinking about it.
Wednesday, January 4, 2012. We Interrupt This Silence For a Special Post. Things have been quite silent around here on this blog. It has been silent for good reason. Remember Thumper from Bambi? Lisa again has written an incredible post. Please take a couple minutes to go over and read it. We still would appreciate your prayers for our family. Hopefully, I will be back soon.
