Wastepaper Bag, was created by Anatusi in 2003. This piece is made out of aluminum plates and copper wire.

The piece of art I chose to examine for this part of the assignment was a Kubuki performance by a person named Tamasaburo. The particular video I chose shows a maiden in the snow as she gracefully flows and dances around the stage. Calypso is also a popular form of music played in the Bahamas, where my family originated and where I spent a considerable amount of time growing up. The music expresses the positive energy, island life, and rhythm of the people who love its style. The name, Calypso, actually has Greek origins. According to Wikipedia, it was the name of a nymph. Who lived on the island of Ogygia.
