Technicians usually work under the supervision of a librarian and have a strong focus and vital role in customer service. Assisting with loan and reference queries at the counter and by phone. Assisting with internet and online database searches. Maintaining library resources, records and systems. Entering and editing data into computerised databases.
What this year will bring. that is the question? April 7, 2013. So I have to do this blog for an assessment for my librarian course, I have been using it as a social experiment for myself to see how much I would use it. In all I feel that this is a useful way of expressing my thoughts and linking all my social media into the one place.

It was nice to be able to put some faces to names. And have a bit of a chat. Thank you Miss Bonnie congratulations on a job well done!
