At the South Kaibab trailhead starting our trek down. Once we got back on trail we started to see the river and camp getting closer and closer. There seems to be an extreme amount of clothes and gadgets that can accompany a runner. But the amount of different clothes that can be bought I find astounding, especially since most garments are not exactly cheap. What is it about running? Your knees will thank you; running bolsters.
