Sunday, June 30, 2013. 10 April 2013 - Physio. After months of nagging pains on my left knee, I decided to finally go for physiotherapy sessions after I qualified as an AFT. When I reached there, they basically did a normal physical assessment. It felt like Embarrassing Me 101. Apparently, I have horrible balance and stability and extremely tight calves, ITB, hamstring and quads. All these factors resulted in my runners knee condition, otherwise known as, left patellofemoral pain syndrome.
