The site had the following in the homepage, "Modern Integrated Library Catalog Systems." I noticed that the web site stated " At Mesa County Libraries, we use the choice of our consortium, Triple IIIs Millenium." They also stated " The Millenium package offers different modules, which each carry their own expense. The modules in our system include, circulation, cataloging, serials, self-ctheck, ecommerce, Web Access Management authenticates remote use of licensed databases, teleforms, OPAC, statistics, and reports. Wireframes are visual representations of the organization, labeling, search, and navigation features of the intended website. They are meant as a starting point for the graphic designer as a framework not as the set-in-stone design.
Topeka public schools do not use any proxy services. I know that many sites are blocked for access on the district server as a user. Understanding of link resolvers becomes foggy for me at this point. Only they can answer that and if it is, then why not.
