In 2007, I discovered that I have a gluten intolerance. I had no idea there was such a thing! How could anyone be intolerant to something as benign as wheat? After I tried a few gluten-free GF foods, my future looked bleak. I was devastated. The GF foods I tried were far from the decadentPARSED CONTENT

They also stated " Lucky for me, the variety of GF foods has continued to increase since 2007. And I feel 100 better after going GF! And so began this blog.
