Wednesday, November 21, 2012. Yesterday the rebel group M23 took control of the town of Goma in the Democratic Republic of Congo. This is a place I have been to when I went to climb the Nyiragongo volcano. It looks like the town was taken without much of a fight. Which in a way is a good thing. The civilian population of the city was largely spared. Monday, November 19, 2012. Fear not, I have no plans to get rid of this blo.

Outside, deep in the woods, I heard a long keening wail, and then another, as the wolves began to howl. More voices pitched in, some low and mournful, others high and short, an eerie and beautiful chorus. The Ready Set- Love Like Woe.

After making 3 sets of these I placed them into the side of my room that I thought looked the best. The slots in the pallets were neat little holders for my books, games, and miscellaneous items. Since I placed a twin size mattress it gave me room for my tv, xbox, playstation and charging station in the back for phones and ipods.
